Take Note: As they are handmade garments, the final product will NEVER be the same as the previous one. The embroidery and detail will always be a little different. In the NOTES of your order, send us the details of colors that you like the most and we will try to accommodate you. PLEASE FOLLOW THESE 4 STEPS -
1. ADD AN EXCHANGE TO YOUR CART:
- Select the option you want Exchange for "One size Smaller", "One Size Larger" or "Different Item".
Haz Click en "Add to Cart"
2. THEN ADD THE GARMENTS YOU WANT AS AN EXCHANGE:
- Add the exchange garments you want to your cart in the correct size. This ensures that your garment stands apart and is not sold!
- You can buy additional garments if you like, just specify which is the exchange garment
3. ADD YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER # IN THE CART NOTES AND A SUMMARY OF WHAT IS REQUIRED:
4. PROCESS THE EXCHANGE: Make the purchase of the exchange order.
5. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PROCESS YOUR EXCHANGE?
- GARMENT SHIPPING: We will send you the exchange garment, a return bag and a return label so that you can send us the non-required garment back.
- REFUND: As soon as you return the non-required garment to us, we will refund the money you paid us for the exchange garment. The shipping cost is not refundable.
IF THE GARMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE: If the garment is not available, you can order it as PRE-ORDER. This can be done directly on the product page.
RULES FOR EXCHANGES: You will have to process the exchange within 7 days of receipt of your package as indicated in the tracking number. As long as the garment is not damaged, we will refund your money minus the shipping cost.
At this time we do not accept returns since the items are mostly hand made in small batches.
